• No glass permitted inside the venue
• Alcohol is allowed but must be in a can or plastic container
• No smoking/vaping inside the venue
• If you have not acquired a ticket, you will be unable to enter the venue

Conditions of Entry:
- You must display your E-ticket or print out on entry.
- Bag searches will be in operation.
- No glass is permitted within the event. Spectators bringing any glass container will be refused entry until the container has been disposed of.

Entry condition for children and young people:
- For all events children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, it is the responsibility of the adult to supervise and be responsible for the actions of the child at all times
- Children U16 will be refused entry if not accompanied by an Adult 18+
- Report any issues or concerns at the time to one of our stewards immediately. Where necessary the event?s Safeguarding Officer will provide support.

Travel Information & Parking:
- Visitors to campus will be required to pay for their parking. Visitors can find out more information on tariffs, and payment methods for parking here. Spectators are advised to park in Car Park 9, or Brockington Car Park.
- Spectators requiring accessible parking are advised to park at Car Park 9 or the rear of the National Centre for Sport & Exercise Medicine (NCSEM) building.
- A road closure will be in place along Towers Way for spectator safety throughout the duration of the event.
